It's Jan 31, 2012. Another non-stop rainy and soggy day in Vancouver. Foundation work started on January 9th and should take about 3 weeks if the weather cooperates. Unfortunately, sub-zero temperature snowy condition arrived mid January followed by a week of rain.

Arthur the builder, figures we need 3 dry days to finish constructing the frame of the foundation and 3 warm and dry days to pour the concrete. Warm means above +5 for at least 6 hours.
